About The Position

Position Overview is seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support enterprise Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives within SHARP. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica platform tools, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Quality frameworks, along with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in systems analysis and application development
10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools, including: PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360 / Supplier360 / Entity360
10+ years of experience in Master Data & Reference Data Management
10+ years of experience implementing data quality rules (Informatica DQ)
Strong expertise in data governance and enterprise data architecture
Experience with Snowflake (enterprise-scale datasets) – 4+ years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred)
Experience in Healthcare / Public Health domain
Experience working with State Government agencies
Experience with Python scripting and API integrations

Responsibilities

Analyze business objectives, workflows, and system requirements to recommend optimal solutions
Perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis for system enhancements
Gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements
Design and support data governance frameworks and master data solutions
Develop and maintain data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
Work with stakeholders to define data standards, policies, and governance processes
Evaluate system capabilities, constraints, and integration requirements
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business teams
Support enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake (preferred)
Develop automation scripts (Python) for data workflows and API integrations
