About The Position

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship operating models. Define governance roles, data ownership, stewardship processes, policies, standards, and KPI frameworks. Architect and manage Collibra solutions, including metadata management, business glossary, lineage, governance workflows, and asset registration. Establish governance processes for Reference Data Management (RDM), enterprise mappings, hierarchies, and crosswalks. Collaborate with MDM, RDM, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams to embed governance into golden record management, match/merge, survivorship, and enterprise data management processes. Define metadata architecture, governance controls, auditability, lineage, and stewardship frameworks. Drive governance and metadata adoption across Azure and GCP environments while enabling transparency for downstream data consumers and data products. Create key governance deliverables, including Governance Operating Model, Stewardship Framework, Data Ownership Matrix, Business Glossary, Metadata Architecture, and Governance KPI Dashboard.

Requirements

• 12+ Years of experience
• Data Governance & Metadata Management
• MDM (Master Data Management) & RDM (Reference Data Management)
• Strong Collibra experience (Catalog, Glossary, Lineage, Workflows)
• Data Stewardship & Governance Frameworks
• Enterprise Data Mapping & Data Quality
• Informatica MDM
• Azure & GCP Data Platforms
• DAMA/CDMP knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare Data Governance experience
• Epic, Patient, Provider, Location, and Terminology data domains
• Large-scale enterprise Data Governance and MDM/RDM implementations.
• Experience with Informatica MDM and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance program leadership skills.
