  • Hands-on experience with lineage and catalog tools such as ASG Rochade, IBM Manta, Solidatus, and Collibra (data modeling, catalog curation, workflows, ownership models).
  • Experience with JIRA DC / Kanban boards, including creation, maintenance, and backlog prioritization.
  • Strong practical knowledge of data lineage concepts.
  • Proven experience defining and implementing data quality dimensions and controls; creating scorecards and driving remediation efforts.
  • Solid understanding of control frameworks (SOX, RCSA) and technical controls embedded in data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Source-to-Target mapping, ETL/ELT concepts, and documentation of transformation logic.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data validation, error checks) for analysis and control evidence.
  • Familiarity with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for data profiling and control automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data topics to both technical and non-technical audiences; strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data models and Source-to-Target mappings; perform regular reconciliations to ensure lineage reflects the current state.
  • Identify and remediate lineage gaps, reconcile lineage with technical metadata, and validate lineage accuracy with SMEs and data owners.
  • Establish and maintain authoritative data sources and golden records; enforce data standards and reference data alignment.

  • Actively participate as a stakeholder in program assessment forums and contribute to improving sustainability metrics.
  • Partner with sustainability team members, data owners, stewards, ETL engineers, solution architects, and risk/control and compliance teams to deliver key governance artifacts.
  • Parse consumer requirements in CRISP documents and reconcile them with governance reconciliation reports; ensure critical reconciliation metrics and artifact checks meet and exceed established thresholds, targeting 100% completion.
  • Help manage backlog, prioritize use cases, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including standards, procedures, mappings, lineage diagrams, control narratives, and remediation plans.
  • Manage maintenance JIRAs for reconciliation breaks and follow through to remediation and resolution within due dates, preventing ticket aging.
