About The Position

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, building the robust pipelines and infrastructure required for a trusted data foundation. You will move beyond simple ETL to embed data quality, governance, and integrity directly into the application layer at the source.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience developing and deploying large-scale solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and Integration Platforms that produce data.
  • Experience working with Data Management and Transformation Platforms.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level data strategy into scalable, production-ready architectures and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to integrate data quality principles and validation logic directly into the development lifecycle.
  • Implement automated governance processes to manage the full data lifecycle, mitigating compliance and security risks.
  • Work with business leaders to prioritize high-impact data initiatives that power advanced analytics and AI/ML workflows.
  • Foster a culture of data ownership within cross-functional teams, ensuring technical solutions remain aligned with long-term strategic goals.
