About The Position

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, building the robust pipelines and infrastructure required for a trusted data foundation. You will move beyond simple ETL to embed data quality, governance, and integrity directly into the application layer at the source.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience developing and deploying large-scale solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.
Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
Experience working with CRM, ERP, and Integration Platforms that produce data.
Experience working with Data Management and Transformation Platforms.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate high-level data strategy into scalable, production-ready architectures and implementation plans.
Collaborate with scrum teams to integrate data quality principles and validation logic directly into the development lifecycle.
Implement automated governance processes to manage the full data lifecycle, mitigating compliance and security risks.
Work with business leaders to prioritize high-impact data initiatives that power advanced analytics and AI/ML workflows.
Foster a culture of data ownership within cross-functional teams, ensuring technical solutions remain aligned with long-term strategic goals.
