About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in data engineering and warehousing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Snowflake architecture and its advanced features, coupled with advanced SQL and intermediate Python skills. Proficiency in modern data tooling such as dbt and cloud orchestration tools, along with experience in major cloud platforms and Git workflows, is essential for this role.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated data engineering or data warehousing experience.
- Strong command of Snowflake architecture, resource monitors, zero-copy cloning, and time travel.
- Advanced SQL writing skills (window functions, complex joins, query profiles).
- Intermediate Python for automation.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and cloud orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect).
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
