About The Position

As a Technology Service Delivery Senior, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. We are looking for Data Engineers who will build scalable data platforms, pipelines, databases, and cloud data applications for our financial services clients. The team leverages Snowflake, ETL and streaming technologies, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices to modernize enterprise data ecosystems. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that spans the full data lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering and cloud data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and enterprise data platform development.
  • Working knowledge of ETL, streaming, and integration technologies such as Informatica, SnapLogic, and Kafka.
  • Experience with data modeling, SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Python, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build resilient batch and streaming pipelines, and apply data quality, lineage, and observability standards.
  • Own assigned workstreams independently from design through production support, and resolve production data issues.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, testing, and operations teams, and mentor less-experienced team members where appropriate.
