As a Technology Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. We are looking for Data Engineers who will build scalable data platforms, pipelines, databases, and cloud data applications for our financial services clients. The team leverages Snowflake, ETL and streaming technologies, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices to modernize enterprise data ecosystems. This role provides architecture, governance, and technical leadership across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data architecture, and cloud data platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake and enterprise data platform development.
  • Strong experience with ETL, streaming, and integration technologies such as Informatica, SnapLogic, and Kafka.
  • Expertise in data modeling, SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Python, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise data architecture, establishing governance standards, and mentoring technical leaders.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end enterprise data architecture and technology roadmaps across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, and hold the teams accountable for delivering against them.
  • Establish data modeling, metadata, lineage, governance, quality, and observability standards, and make sure they are consistently adopted across engagements.
  • Lead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, dependencies, and technical risk, escalating and resolving issues before they affect client delivery.
  • Influence senior client and internal stakeholders, communicating technical direction and trade-offs in terms the business understands.
  • Mentor and develop technical leaders and engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career guidance that helps our people grow.
  • Define reusable standards and drive organizational capability improvement, so that each engagement leaves the practice stronger than it found it.
  • Apply and champion data quality, security, testing, and automation standards across the teams you lead, and translate requirements into well-governed, reliable data solutions.
