About The Position

Oracle’s Global Lease Administration team, part of the Global Controller Organization, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee data center related leases and subleases, ensure payment and billing accuracy, support cross-functional projects, and serve as a second-level reviewer for lease accounting and data integrity. This position supports compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards while enabling efficiency and accuracy across Oracle’s global data center lease portfolio. As the Team Lead – Data centers, you will directly support a team of lease administrators responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Oracle’s global data center lease and sublease data. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and approving the entry and modification of lease terms, financial obligations, and supporting documents in Oracle’s proprietary lease management system. You will also review payments and billings before they are interfaced to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. You will also be partnering with the financial controllers in updating and maintaining data that helps in management reporting. You would also manage a portfolio of leases. In this role, you will be accountable for reporting and tracking key metrics, maintaining a strong pulse on the regional data center lease portfolio and in-flight projects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. You will play a critical role in preparing for and supporting general ledger close periods by ensuring portfolio completeness. In addition to daily team management and stakeholder support, you will lead process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing lease administration operations. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of global lease and tax localizations, and the ability to maintain financial accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
