About The Position

This Team Lead role is currently remote, with the understanding that work location may change in alignment with government direction and contract requirements. In this role, your primary responsibility as a Team Lead will be to manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned territories, ensuring that the team of analysts, senior analysts, and subject matter experts under your guidance meets and exceeds quality standards. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct quality control, and provide continuous training to your team. Your leadership as a Team Lead will be vital in supporting the overall program management, guiding your team through challenges, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. The Team Lead role also involves direct engagement in key analyst duties, allowing you to maintain a strong technical understanding and to assist with workload management as necessary. Whether you are conducting lease file reviews, processing operating cost or real estate tax adjustments, or step rents, your hands-on approach as a Team Lead ensures that you remain an invaluable resource for your team.

Requirements

  • At least six (6) years of analyst or program support experience in relevant fields.
  • Knowledge in areas like research and analysis, commercial lease administration, finance, accounting, or information technology.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Understanding of the complexities of business practices.
  • Ability to implement and refine processes efficiently.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
  • Passion for guiding teams to success.
