About The Position

As an Oracle Data Center Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between technology teams and the data center environment, supporting day-to-day operations and core data center infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, monitor customer environments, review system error logs and ticket queues, recommend and implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation for supported technologies. The role calls for independent judgment, attention to detail, process improvement, and automation to simplify operations. You will execute small projects independently and collaborate with your manager on planning and delivering larger local projects. The position is suited to someone with data center operations experience, ideally with a reputable cloud provider or Tier 1 colocation provider, who is interested in growing into Cloud Services. The role also supports data center operations, network installation and connectivity, critical infrastructure and capacity, safety, security and compliance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement. You will act as a technical resource, help guide less experienced technicians, and work with internal teams, colocation partners, contractors, and vendors to maintain reliable and efficient infrastructure. After-hours support may be required, and minimal travel may be required.
