About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to support our data‑driven research and consulting efforts. In this individual contributor role, you will perform hands‑on data analysis, secondary research, and insight development to help inform business decisions, strategic priorities, and operational improvements. You will work closely with partners across the business to gather data, analyze trends, translate findings into actionable insights, and support decision‑making at multiple levels of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical depth and business storytelling—without people management responsibilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; post‑graduate degree a plus
  • 4+ years of meaningful experience in data analysis, secondary research, insight development, or consulting analytics
  • High proficiency with SQL as well as other data analysis tools (e.g., Python) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of the digital data landscape
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership of deliverables
  • Curiosity and desire to continually expand skills and capabilities
  • Interest or experience in the financial services industry

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or exposure to a strategic consulting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with research databases (e.g., Morningstar Direct, Capital IQ, Pitchbook) a plus
  • Experience or interest in AI/ML concepts is a plus
