About The Position

The Senior Data Analyst in the Data Analytics Department is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive business insights, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. This role involves driving the execution of data projects from initiation to completion, including training end-users. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong focus on BI tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data manipulation.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including the ability to build and maintain database views.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with highly confidential information (including large volumes of Protected Health Information).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Power BI Certification is a plus.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
