The Senior Data Analyst for Patient Experience provides leadership and expertise in collecting, analyzing and reporting quality and performance data from patient survey feedback in service to UAMS Health’s ASPIRE 2033 Strategic Plan. S/He is responsible for all technical administrative duties associated with internal and/or external reporting system and assists the Director of Patient Experience and the Associate Chief Quality Officer for Patient Experience managing the Patient Experience Work Product to achieve institutional goals and objectives. The Senior Data Analyst must have technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of Experience Survey data and prepare/present data in a manner to assist stakeholders in improving patient Experience and quality of care. Position has responsibilities that include creating reports, building dashboards and troubleshooting all technical reporting system issues and works closely with IT and software provider during system upgrades and address and resolve all server related issues in a timely manner.
