Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Traded Products or Banking experience
Ability to understand and simplify complex products and technical subjects.
Strong data management (data quality, metadata management, governance, etc.) and BI/data management tools and applications
Ability to self-prioritize competing tasks/priorities as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand issues and know how and when to escalate.
Proficiency with SQL programming languages

Nice To Haves

Proficient working with large databases, experience with data mining.
Proficiency with SQL programming languages
Familiarity with Agile Methodology concepts
Critical thinker; ability to analyze problems and identify both tactical and strategic solutions to address
Organized; able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts in a fast-paced, regulatory driven environment
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) experience and strong understanding of data relationships

Responsibilities

Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set
Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform
Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
Apply technical or functional knowledge from the Data Sourcing/Transport/Usage perspectives
Drives toward achieving objectives for CFO DM Controls team across Business Partner groups
Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
Ability to drive toward optimal operating framework
