RSAC is seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics to serve as the dedicated analytics partner supporting both Conference and Membership Marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional business acumen and stakeholder management skills. They are comfortable moving between strategic discussions with marketing leadership and hands-on analytical execution. The Senior Data Analyst will partner closely with Marketing, Conference, Membership, and Data & Analytics teams to build reporting frameworks, measure campaign effectiveness, develop attribution models, identify growth opportunities, and provide executive-level insights that influence business decisions. This role reports into the Data & Analytics organization while serving as the primary analytical partner to Marketing.
