About The Position

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. TDI is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support large-scale migrations and operations on a large, high-profile DOD contract. The successful candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual, with a strong IT security background who excels integrating, operating, and deploying security technology and solutions and interacts well with both internal teams and clients. This position requires fully onsite support to the Fort Belvoir, VA area and active TS/SCI level clearance.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • CISSP certification required.
  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity solutions and architectures, including the development of supporting technical documentation, architecture artifacts, network topologies, and system diagrams.
  • Deep knowledge of secure enterprise architecture principles and cybersecurity technologies, including Cross Domain Solutions (CDS/C2C), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), AI/ML-enabled security capabilities, and related applications.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, technical standards, and enterprise architecture plans for Federal IT environments, leveraging effective evaluation methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Federal cybersecurity requirements and frameworks, including FISMA, NIST SP 800-37 (Risk Management Framework), NIST SP 800-137 (Information Security Continuous Monitoring), and associated governance and compliance processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Systems and/or Network Security Engineering background.
  • Experience with cloud authorizations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated leadership of cybersecurity operations, compliance, and risk management activities for DoD and IC systems operating on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
  • Proficiency in implementing automated security testing, vulnerability management, and risk controls within DevSecOps environments.
  • Expertise in RMF authorization processes, including the use of eMASS, Xacta, endpoint security solutions, and CMRS reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior Government and military leaders on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and operational readiness.
