Position Summary ANSER is seeking a Senior Cyber Workforce Integration Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will focus on integrating cyber workforce policy, governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development programs into strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Master’s degree in a related field such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Public Policy, Human Resources/Organizational Leadership, National Security Studies, or Cyber Operations
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in cyber workforce policy, governance, strategy development, or integration of workforce programs within a government or defense organization
  • Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Teams and SharePoint development and management

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to inform leadership decisions and support the development and implementation of the DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy
  • Integrate cyber workforce policies and programs into DoD strategic plans and implementation initiatives
  • Review legislative proposals and develop recommendations for the DoD CIO regarding Cyber Excepted Service, Cyber Workforce, or other CIO equities
  • Assist in planning, analysis, development, and promulgation of the DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy
  • Monitor and assess implementation progress according to DoD CIO priorities, goals, objectives, and milestones
  • Draft responses and prepare briefings for leadership on workforce-related initiatives
  • Support governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development processes
  • Provide strategic and management insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workforce initiatives align with organizational goals
  • Facilitate policy reviews and updates, ensuring compliance with DoD Directives and Instructions
  • Contribute to workforce planning and assessment activities to enhance cyber capabilities
