About The Position

As our Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our organization’s systems, data, and people. You’ll lead the design and delivery of security solutions across on-prem and Azure environments while guiding strategy, risk management, and response efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
  • 6 or more years of experience working in the Information Technology industry (Required)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector (Required)
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Active Directory environments (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience that may be considered in lieu of a degree (Preferred)
  • Advanced expertise in enterprise security technologies including identity and access management, encryption, endpoint protection, and network security
  • Deep knowledge of security architecture and risk management frameworks across hybrid environments
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide complex security initiatives and investigations
  • Experience in Azure cloud security, including networking, identity governance, and monitoring tools
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and control validations aligned with regulatory standards like GLBA
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including scripting, automation, and threat detection

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise security systems across on-prem and Azure environments
  • Drive strategic security initiatives and advise leadership on risks, threats, and security posture
  • Direct complex investigations and incident response efforts, serving as an escalation point for critical security events
  • Architect, deploy, and manage advanced security tools including Azure-native platforms such as Defender for Cloud and Sentinel
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to threats across network, endpoint, and cloud environments using automated and manual methods
  • Perform risk assessments, security testing, and control validations to ensure safeguards are effective and compliant
  • Partner with business and IT teams to implement secure solutions and enforce access controls and policies
  • Maintain thorough documentation, reporting, and threat intelligence to support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
