This role will help support our Health Research product portfolio as they deliver academic, peer-reviewed content, books, and specialty journals that medical researchers and educators rely on for authoritative scientific evidence. We’re looking for an enthusiastic researcher with a strong passion to deeply understand customer jobs to be done. Together with a multidisciplinary team of front-end engineers, user-experience designers, user researchers, product managers and other professionals you will continuously help to improve the end-to-end experience. Your research and coaching will be key in creating useful, usable, and delightful new and existing solutions and patterns.
