About The Position

Within R&D, the focus is on customer issues escalated through the 2nd and 3rd level support organization. This role is for a 4th level customer support engineer. There is significant interaction between global offices (Antwerp, California, Ottawa, Bangalore & the UK) due to a shared test and development environment. In response to a rapidly growing worldwide customer base, the R&D support team is seeking an additional 4th level support engineer in Sunnyvale, CA. This position offers the opportunity to develop into an L2/L3 IP network expert and become a key contributor within the IP division.
