We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead post-sale success for Autodesk’s largest and most strategic Media & Entertainment (M&E) enterprise customers in AMER. This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through adoption, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and orchestrating cross-functional Autodesk teams to deliver long-term customer value. You will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts, owning the success planning and execution required to align Autodesk solutions to customer priorities, accelerate innovation, and maximize return on investment. This role is critical to Autodesk’s enterprise success in Media & Entertainment, supporting industry-leading organizations across areas such as visual effects, animation, and game development as they modernize workflows and scale their businesses.
