About The Position

Cyera is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer to serve as a trusted technical partner and customer advocate. The role bridges Cyera and customers’ technical teams, helping them implement the platform, adopt its capabilities, and realize long-term value. The engineer partners with Engineering, Product, and Sales to guide onboarding, resolve technical challenges, and provide strategic direction tailored to customers’ identity and security needs, including protecting machine identities and scaling securely. This high-impact, customer-facing position drives product adoption and long-term customer success, and helps establish Cyera’s identity solution as a platform for non-human identity security. It manages the customer lifecycle from onboarding onward, leading strategy sessions, architecture deep dives, training, and formal QBRs, while maintaining customer satisfaction and helping shape product development.
