The Senior Customer Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in partnering with our sales team, as they manage multiple order and logistics processes across diverse business lines (Retail, Feed, Industrial, etc.). This role focuses on executing cross-functional coordination, resolving escalated customer and sales issues, and supporting operational efficiency, ensuring timely product delivery through intermediate-level systems. As a Senior Customer Sales Support Coordinator the level of problem solving is intermediate, there will be times where they need to work independently to solve customer and sales issues which have a direct impact and outcome on earnings. They need to think independently and can reason and assess options. For more complex (advanced) items these individuals have resources on the team to go to.
