About The Position

Our client recently completed an acquisition and is working through a backlog of service and dispatch requests. This 3-month assignment is critical to helping them get back on track—your contribution will make an immediate impact! Join our client and help keep operations running smoothly! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to support service scheduling and dispatch functions. This role is critical to ensuring timely service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in call center and customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service delivery requests accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with internal teams to confirm dispatch and timing
  • Process account updates, cancellations, and service changes
  • Maintain organized records of service requests and scheduling activities
  • Provide administrative support for billing and collections
  • Assist with reporting and documentation for operations
