Collectors is seeking Senior Customer Relations Specialists to join the PSA Customer Relations team. PSA is the largest and most trusted third-party trading card authentication and grading company globally. The Customer Resource Center operates integrally within the operations process, collaborating cross-functionally with other Operations departments. The ideal candidate will be a team player with at least 3 years of strong customer relations experience in a customer service environment, ideally with experience in handling customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, and shipping/handling. This role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver who can de-escalate customer-related situations and possesses excellent communication skills. You will report to the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations and work full-time onsite from our Plano, TX office.
