About The Position

Latent Health is seeking a Senior Customer-Led Growth Manager, a hybrid role combining customer marketing and demand generation. This position will focus on leveraging the company's 45+ deep partnerships to create compelling content and execute demand generation campaigns. The goal is to transform customer success stories and data into qualified sales pipeline. The role involves finding compelling narratives and data within partner health systems, producing high-quality content (written, video, data cards), launching integrated campaigns across various channels (paid, ABM, lifecycle, sales), and supporting customer events and activations. Success will be measured by the sustainable production of case studies, the integration of customer voice into all marketing efforts, and the generation of measurable, attributable pipeline. The marketing team at Latent Health is AI-native, utilizing advanced AI workflows to enhance speed, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, content, or campaign roles within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping case studies and managing the paid and lifecycle distribution of related content.
  • Ability to view customer voice as a demand engine, not just a project.
  • Skill in translating complex wins into simple, compelling stories and building campaigns and activations around them.
  • Comfortable interviewing executives, clinicians, and operators.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, paid advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Active user of AI workflows to enhance output and reduce cycle times.
  • Strong understanding of how to treat customer time as a valuable resource.
  • An operator mindset with a focus on execution and shipping results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
  • Familiarity with AI-native marketing functions and advanced AI workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Find compelling customer stories, data, and proof points within 45+ partner health systems, focusing on clinical, operational, and financial wins.
  • Develop and manage a customer interview process, including identifying key contacts, crafting interview questions, and capturing information effectively.
  • Surface data case studies by extracting and analyzing numbers from PX, RevOps, and partner systems to validate success stories.
  • Maintain a live library of customer quotes and proof points for use in campaigns.
  • Define and implement tiered story formats, including written content, video testimonials, data cards, executive testimonials, and peer-reference materials.
  • Activate existing case studies (1-2 per month) across web, sales, and ABM channels.
  • Produce video case studies in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
  • Build and optimize a repeatable, low-friction content production pipeline, including managing creators, editors, and partner approvals.
  • Utilize AI workflows to rapidly generate a full set of campaign assets (paid creative, lifecycle emails, sales narratives, social media content, web content) from a single story.
  • Coordinate and launch "360-degree" case study campaigns, with each asset built around a specific partner story and distributed across paid, ABM, lifecycle, and sales channels.
  • Map every customer story to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segment, persona, and funnel stage to ensure pipeline generation.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process, from brief development to launch, including narrative, formats, audience targeting, creative, distribution, and measurement.
  • Partner with the Growth team to execute demand programs that convert customer stories into pipeline through paid advertising, ABM, and lifecycle nurturing.
  • Measure customer-led campaigns based on pipeline contribution rather than just engagement metrics.
  • Run customer-led webinars and co-design small-format events like dinners, roundtables, and peer sessions to attract buyers.
  • Assist in shaping activations at key industry events, including agenda development, customer participation, and attendee selection.
  • Utilize customer voice to set event agendas and curate guest lists.
  • Integrate event outputs (quotes, clips, learnings) back into the content engine and demand campaigns.
  • Partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) and Growth on event narrative, follow-up strategies, and pipeline conversion.
  • Build and maintain a live customer reference roster, identifying suitable references for specific deal stages and topics.
  • Coordinate executive references for late-stage sales deals.
  • Track reference utilization and manage customer time effectively.
  • Ensure customer voice is the default proof point in all Growth and PMM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with PR/Communications to leverage customer stories for media placements and analyst briefings.
  • Employ AI tools to accelerate transcription, drafting, asset variation, and distribution processes.

Benefits

  • Access to the latest AI models and tools from day one.
  • Opportunity to work in an AI-native marketing function.
  • Close collaboration with growth, product marketing, brand/creative, sales, and PX teams.
  • Environment that values rapid experimentation and new ways of working.
