The Senior Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing world-class customer service and transactional support over the phone and through electronic communications. This position has primary responsibility for processing incoming product orders, complaint-intake, and providing product support referrals. This position mentors other team members and takes a role on new initiatives within the team. This is a REMOTE opportunity with preference for candidates in EST or CST zones.
