About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing multiple accounts in all aspects of Sales Support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to collaborate across multiple departments. This position reports to the Customer Excellence Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer/Sales Support experience, including supervisory duties
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Infor M3 a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce a plus
  • Food industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise establishment of customer contracts
  • Oversee customer communication and documentation
  • Supports Specialist by managing weekly position reports and providing updates to the Sales team
  • Assists team with forecast implementation and coordination with the DMP Team
  • Supports forecast planning
  • Review proposed purchases based on customer usage and contract parameters and requirements
  • Assist and review costing updates with Specialist and/or Sales
  • Manage internal and external databases including customer portals
  • Provide strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and enhance processes to improve team efficiency
  • Lead, train, mentor, and supervise Customer Excellence Specialists and Analysts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Sales Managers
