Position Summary: The Customer Excellence Specialist is a detail-oriented and proactive sales support specialist. This role is responsible for managing customer contracts, supporting sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and eager to collaborate across multiple departments. Senior Customer Excellence Specialist position is also available for candidates with experience and leadership capabilities. This position reports to Customer Excellence Lead.
