About The Position

Trinity Heads Inc. is seeking a Senior Custodian for its Navasota, Texas location. The role keeps building areas clean and orderly and may include routine, minor building maintenance. The successful candidate will work safely and efficiently, operate cleaning equipment, maintain required records, and establish effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Keep building areas clean and orderly by sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.
• Sweep and clean the work area.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks as needed, such as cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
• Comply with company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Maintain and complete all required records.
• May participate in safety committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and safely and efficiently perform all essential functions.
