The Senior Cultural Resources Specialist provides technical, administrative, and compliance support to the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Cultural Resources Program. This role supports National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) responsibilities, Programmatic Agreements (PAs), Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) implementation, and military training and testing activities throughout the JRM Area of Responsibility, including Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). Responsibilities include coordinating Section 106 compliance activities; maintaining consultation and project databases; preparing technical documentation and reports; conducting research and data collection; developing Archaeological Monitoring Plans (AMPs); and supporting archaeological surveys and compliance-related fieldwork. Relocation expenses may be available under certain conditions.
