About The Position

The SAP Department is seeking an experienced CRM/ERP Implementer & Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects. This role involves initial setup, requirements gathering, implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. The position requires strong CRM/ERP implementation expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to lead projects from scratch, including requirements analysis, specification writing, client presentations, and coordination of multiple stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Central Israel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM/ERP implementation
• Proven experience in project management, including leading projects from the initial setup stage
• Experience in writing functional specifications and defining business requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to lead processes independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Systematic, organized, and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects from the initial setup and planning stages through implementation and go-live.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and key stakeholders.
