About The Position

Avathon is seeking an exceptional Senior Creative & Video Producer to be their internal creative and multimedia powerhouse. This role involves translating complex technology and extraordinary industrial environments into compelling content that communicates the scale of Avathon's work. The producer will have the opportunity to tell stories from diverse industrial settings and will play a key role in defining how the Avathon brand is experienced by customers, talent, investors, policymakers, and the broader market. Avathon is a leader in Industrial AI autonomy, utilizing a Computational Knowledge Graph to integrate various data types for AI-driven applications across heavy industries.

Requirements

• A maker mentality with the ability to create exceptional work independently without extensive resources.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative judgment and the ability to make sophisticated subjects compelling.
• Proficiency in independently conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, lighting, recording, editing, and animating professional-quality work.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Comfort operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience experimenting with AI-native creative workflows and enthusiasm for the evolving creative profession.
• Experience in technically sophisticated categories such as enterprise technology, AI, industrial technology, aerospace, energy, defense, or automotive is valuable, but exceptional storytelling ability and intellectual curiosity are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Own video storytelling end-to-end, including concept development, scriptwriting, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, animating, and delivering content for various platforms (customer stories, executive narratives, product launches, events, social media, recruiting, and brand campaigns).
• Translate sophisticated Physical AI capabilities into visually compelling, technically credible, and easy-to-understand narratives by working directly with executives, engineers, customers, and partners.
• Produce content from major customer and partner initiatives, executive engagements, industrial deployments, conferences, and on-location shoots across energy, mining, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and transportation sectors.
• Help establish the creative language for Avathon across video, motion graphics, photography, digital content, and social media to create an advanced and consequential brand identity.
• Create a high-velocity content engine by transforming interviews, keynotes, webinars, product demonstrations, or field shoots into a portfolio of high-impact assets, from flagship films to short social media clips.
• Experiment with generative video, imagery, voice, animation, editing, and production workflows using AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Descript, and ChatGPT.
• Develop creative methods to visualize complex technological concepts such as computational knowledge graphs, digital twins, autonomous agents, predictive intelligence, computer vision, and autonomous industrial operations.
• Operate with the speed of a startup and the quality of a global brand, being comfortable creating content independently within tight deadlines or directing external agencies/production partners for larger productions.
