About The Position

Avathon is seeking an exceptional Senior Creative & Video Producer to be its internal creative and multimedia powerhouse. This role involves translating complex technology and extraordinary industrial environments into compelling content that communicates the scale of Avathon's work. The producer will have the opportunity to tell stories from various industrial settings and will help define the Avathon brand experience for customers, talent, investors, policymakers, and the broader market. Avathon is building the future of Physical AI, bringing intelligence and autonomy to industrial systems across energy, mining, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and global supply chains. The company has strategic partnerships and works with leading organizations to move from AI insights toward intelligent, increasingly autonomous operations.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of exceptional hands-on experience across video production, editing, motion, and multimedia storytelling.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative judgment and the ability to make sophisticated subjects compelling.
• Ability to independently concept, script, shoot, light, record, edit, animate, and deliver professional-quality work.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Comfort operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience experimenting with AI-native creative workflows.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and intellectual curiosity.
• Candidates should be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, Texas.

• Experience in enterprise technology, AI, industrial technology, aerospace, energy, defense, automotive, or another technically sophisticated category.

Responsibilities

• Own video storytelling end-to-end, including concept development, scriptwriting, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, animating, and delivering content for customer stories, executive narratives, product launches, events, social media, recruiting, and brand campaigns.
• Translate sophisticated Physical AI capabilities into visually compelling, technically credible, and easy-to-understand narratives by working directly with executives, engineers, customers, and partners.
• Produce content around major customer and partner initiatives, executive engagements, industrial deployments, conferences, and on-location shoots across various industries.
• Help establish the creative language for Avathon across video, motion graphics, photography, digital content, and social media to create an advanced and consequential brand identity.
• Create a high-velocity content engine by transforming interviews, keynotes, webinars, product demonstrations, or field shoots into a portfolio of high-impact assets, from flagship films to social media cuts, executive clips, animations, and campaign content.
• Experiment with generative video, imagery, voice, animation, editing, and production workflows using AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Descript, ChatGPT, and other emerging creative AI platforms.
• Develop creative ways to visualize complex technology concepts such as computational knowledge graphs, digital twins, autonomous agents, predictive intelligence, computer vision, and autonomous industrial operations.
• Operate with the speed of a startup and the quality of a global brand, being comfortable creating content independently or directing external agencies and production partners.

Benefits

• Salary: $110,000-130,000
