Under the direction of the Director of 3rd Party Reimbursement, this role assists in overseeing the completion of all third-party cost reimbursement reports and related audits and follow-up inquiries. The position coordinates the accumulation and analysis of all information required for cost reports. It also assists in training and mentoring reimbursement staff, including first-level review of work papers as needed, and supports the establishment of necessary third-party reserve accounts. The Senior Cost Reimbursement Analyst completes routine and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
