About The Position

This role is responsible for cost control within construction projects, requiring a strong understanding of financial management, project budgeting, and contract administration. The engineer will work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, utilizing financial and project management software to ensure project financial health.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, financing, or accounting; or relevant professional experience.
One to three years of experience in cost control or a related field.
Knowledge of construction contract documents and change management.
Experience in financial and project management software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Ability to collaboratively work within dynamic and diverse team and environment.
Three or more years of experience in construction or project management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Basic accounting understanding and applications.
Contract management.
Project budgeting.
