About The Position

Cozen O’Connor LLP is seeking an experienced full‑time Law Clerk to join our Corporate/Securities practice group in the Toronto office. This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of and support a dynamic and growing team. The Senior Corporate/Securities Law Clerk is a subject-matter resource and file-lead on complex corporate services and securities workstreams. This position often runs the clerk-side execution of transactions and compliance programs; mentors juniors; standardizes and owns processes; and proactively manages risk, deadlines, and regulator/exchange interactions—while operating under lawyer direction. This position handles complex multi entity and multi jurisdiction work.
