About The Position

This role involves leading as a consultative business partner who actively contributes to the strategy of an organization. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will proactively identify and align with critical business priorities to drive strategic decision-making. They will demonstrate strong business acumen and leverage data insights to influence business strategies and outcomes, driving ROI with talent. Establishing and maintaining open, clear, and transparent communication with internal and external key stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment, collaboration, and the successful achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business curriculum.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment life cycle process.
  • Strong skill in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
  • Ability to recruit at all locations of the Company from hourly manufacturing to salary level management roles.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organization across multiple locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
  • Experience with application tracking software (iCims).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting of clerical, technical, administrative, and management positions throughout the Company, from resume review through job offer.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, and interview candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and partner with the local Human Resources team and hiring manager to ensure the best possible experience for both candidate and the organization's hiring teams.
  • Follow standard recruiting and human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers during the recruiting process, including reviewing job descriptions and confirming minimum qualifications.
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess a high volume of candidates across multiple job openings/requisitions.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring they have all necessary information.
  • Manage internal candidates, including screening, coordinating interviews, and processing transfer offer letters.
  • Manage the employee referral process, including fielding submissions, conducting interviews, tracking referrals, and submitting qualified referrals for incentive payouts.
  • Administer pre-employment testing and compare qualifications to job requirements for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Schedule and participate in the interview process with the respective hiring team.
  • Perform timely interview debrief meetings with the hiring team to evaluate and select candidates and meet recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through various resources.
  • Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing for qualified candidates.
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
  • Submit offer requests for review and approval and follow up with candidates regarding offer details.
  • Work closely with the compensation team and local human resource representative to review compensation and schedule new employee orientation.
  • Close out job requisitions in the applicant tracking system and follow up with candidates who were not extended an offer.
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
