About The Position

The Senior Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support West Bend’s strategic goals. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including critical, complex, and officer level positions, while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HRBPs. The Senior Corporate Recruiter provides consultive guidance on recruiting strategies, leverages labor market insights to influence decisions, and contributes to employer branding and process improvements. In addition, this role mentors junior team members and serves as the team’s subject matter expert on pre-employment assessments, ensuring consistent usage and vendor alignment in partnership with the TA Manager and Talent COE leader.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience with officer-level or high-volume roles.
  • Consultative skills and ability to influence leaders on hiring decisions.
  • Understanding of TA best practices, sourcing methods, labor market dynamics, employment laws, and compliance standards.
  • Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruiting technologies, and recruitment analytics.
  • Oral and written communication skills, collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • SPHR designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the organization, including complex, high-profile and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Work with leaders to translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies, leveraging labor market data and competitive intelligence to guide decision making.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define ideal candidate profiles and develop creative proactive sourcing strategies leveraging technology, networks, and external partnerships.
  • Serve as the team’s expert resource on pre-employment assessments, managing day-to-day usage, supporting recruiters and leaders in effective application, and maintaining the vendor relationship in partnership with the TA Manager and Talent COE leader.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics using data and analytics to make informed decisions, track pipeline availability and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Support employer branding efforts through candidate communications, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the TA Manager to implement process improvements and recruitment tools.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and standards.
  • Review and assess applicants' education, experience, training, and qualifications.
  • Test, score, and gather feedback from interviewers; communicate job duties, responsibilities, schedules, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, notify candidates of rejections, and handle complex recruitment issues.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to TA team members.
