About The Position

The Senior Corporate Counsel serves as a strategic legal partner to Sales, Deal Desk, and executive leadership, providing expert guidance that accelerates enterprise SaaS revenue and supports large‑scale commercial growth. This role is responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating highly complex, high‑value commercial agreements, including global enterprise SaaS and cloud services contracts, strategic partnerships, reseller and systems integrator arrangements, and multi‑year professional services engagements. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, business‑oriented approach to managing legal risk in sophisticated enterprise transactions. They balance customer requirements with scalable contracting standards, enabling operational efficiency across diverse geographies and high‑volume deal environments. This role plays a critical part in improving deal velocity through the development and use of fallback positions, contract playbooks, and approval frameworks designed to support large ACV, multi‑jurisdictional deals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience enabling enterprise SaaS revenue by serving as a strategic legal partner to Sales, Deal Desk, and executive leadership.
  • Specializes in structuring, drafting, and negotiating highly complex, high-value commercial agreements, including global enterprise SaaS and cloud services agreements, strategic partnerships, reseller and systems integrator arrangements, and multi-year professional services engagements.
  • Brings a disciplined, business-oriented approach to managing legal risk in sophisticated enterprise transactions, balancing customer demands with scalable contracting standards.
  • Known for accelerating deal velocity through clear fallback positions, contract playbooks, and approval frameworks that support large ACV, multi-jurisdictional deals.
  • Trusted advisor on enterprise-level issues including IP licensing, data protection, security, SLAs, indemnities, audit rights, and regulatory compliance in global sales environments.
