We're seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team and serve as a strategic advisor supporting complex commercial transactions and business initiatives throughout the United States and Canada. In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to negotiate critical agreements, manage legal risk, navigate regulatory requirements, and help drive growth across one of the industry's leading communications infrastructure providers. What You'll Do: Strategic Commercial Contracting Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, procurement contracts, and other strategic business transactions. Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance while balancing risk and commercial objectives, often under tight timelines and challenging negotiation dynamics. Legal & Regulatory Compliance Advise stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements impacting telecommunications and infrastructure-related operations across the U.S. and Canada. Ensure contractual arrangements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Risk Management & Business Partnership Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks associated with business initiatives and contractual relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic counsel on complex legal and operational matters. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Product, and Leadership to support business objectives and enable informed decision-making. Develop strong relationships throughout the organization and contribute to legal strategies that support growth and operational excellence. Dispute Resolution & Issue Management Support the resolution of contractual disputes and commercial conflicts through legal analysis, negotiation, and risk-based recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed to achieve favorable business outcomes.

Requirements

Strong experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
Knowledge of telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or other regulated industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, drafting, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across all levels of an organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
7+ years of legal experience supporting commercial transactions, contract negotiations, and business operations.
