About The Position

Regeneron is looking for an outstanding Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator to join our Risk Navigation and Advisory Services team within Corporate Compliance. This role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support and contribute substantively to project-based compliance initiatives, working closely with colleagues across Corporate Compliance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; prior internship or coursework in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Word (templates, formatting), Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (design, presentation development).
  • Proven knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms), and an eagerness to explore new AI applications in a business setting.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and prepare clear, professional materials for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging with colleagues across levels of the organization in an in-person office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or coursework in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and administering compliance documentation, records, and tracking systems.
  • Proofreading and quality-reviewing guidance documents, standard operating procedures, communications, and other formal materials.
  • Crafting high-quality presentations, communications, and visual materials to support compliance training, leadership updates, and client communications.
  • Analyzing data and maintaining compliance metrics to inform communications, training, and monitoring efforts.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of compliance-related events, including live training and National Meetings.
  • Responding to routine internal inquiries related to compliance policies and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Supporting special projects assigned by management in support of Corporate Compliance objectives.
  • Researching and evaluating approved AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows, documentation, and analytical capabilities.
