Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms
  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions that integrate Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or Azure services
  • Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, AI Builder, or other conversational AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security, including environment strategies, DLP policies, and role‑based access
  • Understanding of AI concepts such as grounding, retrieval, embeddings, context windows, function calling, and model limitations
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and managed environment deployment
  • Self‑driven personality capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI Engineer, or Copilot technologies
  • Experience working with Copilot for M365 or Copilot extensions
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, vector search, semantic indexing, or RAG patterns

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Architect scalable AI solutions integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint, Fabric, and third-party systems
  • Extend agent capabilities through custom actions, connectors, APIs, and plugins
  • Integrate agents securely with enterprise data sources including Dataverse, Azure SQL, Fabric OneLake, APIs, and Azure services
  • Apply strong AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices across all solutions
  • Implement and support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps best practices for Copilot Studio solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions
  • Design and optimize conversational experiences, grounding strategies, and guardrails to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, contributing to standards and best practices for enterprise AI development
