Requirements

Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Minimum 3 years AI Agent
Minimum 3 years CoPilot
Minimum 3 years Cloud Experience
3 Minimum associate's degree

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required.
Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.

Responsibilities

Acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Developing a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Contributing to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.
Analyzing recurring problems and proposing innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.
