This role ensures the organization is able to focus on the highest-impact opportunities by coordinating planning, organization, and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative with the ability to manage shifting priorities, support multiple stakeholders, and contribute positively to a cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience with project related support
3-5 years of experience in a role performing administrative assistant or coordinator job functions
Working knowledge of basic project management practices and tools
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize portions of projects, including leading small projects, meetings, and events
Apply project management tools, processes, and techniques to support project goals
Track, update, and maintain project documentation such as budgets, notes, schedules and materials
Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics to support project teams and leaders
Anticipate potential risks or barriers
Assist in optimizing tools and processes to improve project efficiency
Gather content and prepare presentation materials to support functional work
Serves as a knowledge resource to department or function
Assist with on-boarding of new Partners (employees)
Schedule and arrange business travel
Accurately report travel expenses for one or more leaders
