Requirements

2-3+ years proposal, sales support or project management experience.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
Experience in Health care and Request for Proposals.

Responsibilities

Develops high-quality proposals that effectively communicate the organization's goals and objectives.
Coordinates proposal development efforts across various teams and departments, ensuring that key deliverables meet internal quality standards.
Leads proposal drafting meetings, ensuring all team members understand the proposal requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
Conducts thorough research on the client's needs, industry trends, and competitors to ensure proposals are well-informed and address all relevant aspects of the project or contract.
Collaborates with multiple departments, senior management, and senior contributors to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to the target audience, ensuring the organization proposes competitive and innovative opportunities.
Ensures proposals meet internal quality standards by reviewing drafts for clarity, grammar, and readability, following the organization's policies and procedures.
Adjusts the proposal's overall layout, design, and formatting, ensuring it looks professional, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
Engages professionally with stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to ensure that proposals meet client needs and expectations.
Ensures that proposals meet all the requirements specified in the designated request for proposal and comply with any guidelines or regulations set by the requesting organization.
