Completing trainings, potentially passing a "Train the Trainer" course, processing deviation requests, and identifying/alerting teams to potential issues like altered shipments or fraud are also responsibilities. Analytics involve pulling and analyzing reports, identifying deviations or trends, and taking appropriate actions.
