About The Position

The Senior Coordinator, Influencer & Community Marketing helps bring SET's influencer, affiliate, and community marketing initiatives to life. This role supports the execution of influencer programs, ShopMy affiliate management, UGC sourcing, community initiatives, and community activations within TYB (SET's loyalty platform). You'll play a key role in driving SET's creator-led growth - coordinating across influencers, affiliates, and community members to fuel awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in influencer, creator, social, or community marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
  • Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs (ShopMy, LTK, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UGC and creator-led marketing
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, gifting, and activations end-to-end
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable tracking and reporting on performance/KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with community platforms (TYB a plus)
  • Passion for digital culture and social trends

Responsibilities

  • Manage SET's presence on ShopMy, including affiliate onboarding, commission tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships that reflect SET's elevated aesthetic and values.
  • Plan and execute influencer gifting programs for drops, core collections, and community moments.
  • Conceptualize and package custom gifting for special activations or cultural moments.
  • Coordinate with the creative team on influencer toolkits, lookbooks, and campaign assets.
  • Partner cross-functionally on influencer activations, supporting planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Maintain influencer databases and performance records with up-to-date contact details and metrics.
  • Compile and report on key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Track gifting and affiliate budgets to ensure spend accuracy and ROI alignment.
  • Manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers to generate authentic, high-performing content for paid and organic use.
  • Partner with the performance and creative teams to provide UGC for paid ads with proper usage rights.
  • Source, brief, and track UGC creators in alignment with SET's brand aesthetic and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized UGC database and evaluate content performance to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Support community engagement on @setactive Instagram by responding to DMs and routing questions appropriately, in partnership with the Social Media Manager for guidance and alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement and relationship-building within TYB, including community messaging, feedback loops, and incentive structures.
  • Partner with the Influencer and Community Manager to execute SET's community programs that reward engagement and strengthen advocacy.
  • Plan and execute community moments - including events and activations, product seeding, and UGC initiatives.
  • Identify and activate "community influencers" who authentically champion the brand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure community programs align with campaign storytelling and broader marketing goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure community is integrated into campaign storytelling and key brand moments.
  • Support the ideation and execution of community events and activations, contributing to creative brainstorming, managing outreach to talent / external partners, and ensuring timely follow ups to drive seamless execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure influencer, UGC, and community initiatives support campaign storytelling and sell-through goals.
  • Stay informed on emerging creators, industry updates, and platform trends to help keep SET's approach relevant and forward-thinking.
