Raytheon's Space Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) business area, in the Commercial, Intelligence and IT Program area, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the program area director and individual program teams. This position requires daily onsite presence in Richardson, TX. The Administrative Assistant role is expected to be a primary member of the program teams and therefore a positive and optimistic attitude is critical. Ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced to expert level experience using Microsoft Office tools.
  • An active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
  • This position requires an active, in scope TS/SCI day 1.
  • Professional administrative experience supporting a senior leader in a medium to large organization as well as ad-hoc support to Senior Executive Area during leadership team visits to site.
  • Excellent customer service skills – demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities such as: arrange meetings and events; tracking expenses, arranging travel, management of calendars, coordination for customer and/or exec meetings.
  • Assisting programs with track clearances, action item tracking, and performing special projects, as required.
  • Logistics support working with IT, facilities and catering functions.
  • Partner and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants on campus.
  • Take initiative, with little oversight, in identifying ways to add value to the team.
