About The Position

The FCB Health Agentic AI team designs and deploys enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions for pharmaceutical brands across the Omnicom Health network. We operate as an entrepreneurial, high-impact team partnering with agencies, clients, and technical experts to build and evolve AI agents that transform engagement across patients, caregivers, HCPs, and field teams. We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Strategist who operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercialization. This is a hybrid builder-operator-educator role--not traditional account management and not purely technical. You will guide clients from early education and opportunity identification through solution design, deployment, and optimization within our proprietary Agentic AI framework. This role requires business acumen, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. As a growing practice, we move quickly and continuously evolve our offerings. The right candidate is energized by that environment.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in digital strategy, AI solutions, innovation consulting, pharma marketing, or related fields.
  • Exposure to conversational, generative, or agentic AI systems (strategic fluency required).
  • Experience supporting pitches or business development efforts.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environments preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Agentic & Generative AI Fluency: Understanding of LLM-based systems, agent orchestration, prompt strategy, evaluation frameworks, and governance considerations.
  • Strategic & Commercial Thinking: Ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Communication & Influence: Clear articulation of complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders; strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
  • Data & Performance Orientation: Comfort defining KPIs, analyzing engagement data, and optimizing solutions based on measurable impact.
  • Adaptability & Ownership: Self-starter who can shift between strategic and operational responsibilities and thrive in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leadership to shape agentic AI use cases aligned to brand, omnichannel, and lifecycle objectives.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable agent architectures using our proprietary framework.
  • Assist in conversational design, content audits, and content development.
  • Collaborate closely with team engineers to define solution blueprints and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment with MLR, regulatory, privacy, and IT/security standards from inception.
  • Serve as a team representative across the network and with clients.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, workshops, and training.
  • Advance responsible, compliant, and commercially viable AI adoption in pharma.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and support new business efforts.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, pitch strategy, and solution scoping.
  • Position AI offerings as outcome-driven and measurable.
  • Help evolve and productize our framework to drive scalable revenue growth.
  • Oversee implementation in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.
  • Define KPIs tied to engagement quality, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Analyze performance and iterate on agent behavior, orchestration, and workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement across deployments.
  • Support development of documentation and processes for compliance, risk mitigation, and data governance.
  • Ensure ethical application of generative and agentic AI in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and standards.
